Consciousness is key-
We are but a tiny cell in a larger body…
The larger body also exists as a cell.

and so forth… into infinity.
Without consciousness-...
-does this reality cease to exist?
Remember your root…Follow the breath.
Empty the mind.
Let go, and surrender all attachments.
This place is of stillness.
Stillness is the point of the cell.
The cell is the origin of all that exists.
